The 2005 Voice of Courage Award Winners
This year's winners of the Voice of Courage Award were the seven outstanding individuals who told their stories and appeared in our Stewards of Children training video and in our documentary, Childhood Stories. Pam Geisick, Guerry Glover, Julie Lynch, Donna Scott, Mark Serrano, Marilyn Van DerBur, and Marie Vass perfectly exemplify the "Voice of Courage". We were so excited that 6 of the 7 were able to join us for the Circle of Light Gala! Unfortunately, Ms. Van DerBur was unable to attend due to a prior commitment. The others were there, and truly inspired the guests with their acceptance comments. It is through these "voices of courage" that light is shed on the epidemic of child sexual abuse.
